POSITION: File Digitization Summer Student
REPORTS TO: Engineering Department
DEPARTMENT: Rail Infrastructure
LOCATION: North Bay
REFERENCE: 200-27-27
RATE OF PAY: $18.10 per hour

ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:
The File Digitization Student role exists to provide fast, accurate access to archived information by converting physical records into organized, digitized files.
MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Convert existing records into accurate, secure and well-organized digital format.
• Ensure data integrity, quality control and compliance with management standards and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Preference given to students enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program or entering full-time post-secondary studies in September 2026
• Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and tracking
• Experience in data entry would be an asset
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
• Must be committed to Health and Safety
