MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Assist Buyers, Procurement Officers, and the Procurement Contract Specialist with procurement files and sourcing activities 
•    Prepare, edit, and format Microsoft Office documents (primarily Word; some Excel) 
•    Support document organization, including scanning, cataloguing, and digital record maintenance 
•    Assist with reorganizing electronic and physical files (general clean up, naming consistency, file validation) 
•    Review procurement documents and compile relevant information 
•    Assist with documenting procurement processes and updating process documentation 
•    Provide support related to policy updates, rollouts, and training materials 
•    Contribute to data gathering and analytics activities for procurement initiatives 
•    Assist with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program tasks where required 
•    Support administrative tasks such as logging documents, tracking status updates, and coordinating information 
•    Assess and analyze procurement data and prepare spreadsheets
•    Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Must be enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program, entering or finishing full-time post-secondary studies in 2026
•    Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
•    Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
•    Excellent organizational skills 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills 
•    Advanced computer skills 
•    Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
•    Must be committed to Health and Safety
•    Works independently with little supervision
