The RRC ERP Functional Lead provides leadership for the implementation of manufacturing modules as well as guiding team members and the organization through the execution with an agile and innovative mindset. This role ensures effective delivery of manufacturing function implementation, seamless integration of processes into the ERP system, supports employee transitions, and oversees on-time ERP project completion.

This role ensures effective delivery of manufacturing function implementation, seamless integration of processes into the ERP system, supports employee transitions, and oversees on-time ERP project completion.
MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee ERP system customization and configuration to meet manufacturing and organizational requirements.
- Develop manufacturing-specific test cases and scenarios to integrate processes into the ERP system.
- Update documentation related to manufacturing configuration and customization changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, resolve functional implementation decisions, and escalate issues as needed.
- Streamline cross-functional processes and engage stakeholders, including SMEs, during implementation phases.
- Review and verify existing processes and data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Eliminate duplicate records to prevent redundancies and map data fields for a smooth ERP system transition.
- Ensure sensitive data management complies with privacy regulations and implement audit trails.
- Conduct data integrity checks and resolve detected inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Define data and process ownership, access control policies, and compliance with ONTC policies.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, including transformation, testing, and rollback plans.
- Validate migration accuracy and conduct final system tests.
- Implement data quality monitoring and continuous improvement processes in the ERP system.
- Provide end-user support during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Optimize the manufacturing module within the ERP system for efficiency and organizational alignment.
- Establish reporting mechanisms to track metrics, trends, and KPIs using the ERP system.
- Gather feedback from end-users to refine processes and training programs.
- Serve as the primary contact for manufacturing team members and address ERP-related issues until handover.
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance manufacturing end-users' understanding of the ERP system.
- Lead post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement in processes and system use.
- College diploma in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, Business Administration or Information Technology
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading full cycle implementation of ERP projects
- Experience in service delivery modernization initiatives
- Experience leading ERP implementation in a manufacturing sector is preferred
- Strong presentation/facilitation skills with the ability to communicate with varied audiences
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and functional requirements, best practices and applicable legislation/regulations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
